Who We Are
EaseUp is a brief-intervention youth wellbeing service for rangatahi aged 12–24 years who would like support with their mental wellbeing or addiction.
The service provides holistic, flexible, and culturally responsive support through a combination of clinician and peer-support-worker sessions delivered in locations where young people feel most comfortable — at home, school, or in the community.
