  • Group sessions – meeting others in recovery
  • Pharmacological interventions – OST, Naltrexone etc.
  • Clinical/Cultural programmes
  • One-on-one counselling
  • Family/whānau support
  • Cultural support – Māori models
  • Help with work skills or study
  • Peer support
  • CEP – Dual Diagnosis clinicians
  • Te Taiao Nature-Based interventions

Self-referral (walk-ins), referral by a doctor or nurse, community services, Te Whatu Ora, or the court.

Who We Support / Eligibility

We support individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Aged 18+
  • Experiencing challenges with alcohol or other drug use
  • Motivated to make positive changes
  • Within the Mid-North catchment

The service may not be suitable for individuals who:

  • Have acute unmanaged mental health needs requiring specialist care
  • Present an immediate risk to themselves or others
  • Need support that falls outside the service capacity, for example intensive physical health needs
