As addiction and mental health services are expanding, there is an increasing need to grow our workforce. We’d also like to ensure that our workforce reflects the diversity within the Counties Manukau community. To assist with this the Collaborative has produced the following resources:

• A video to encourage people with lived experience to join our workforce (see below).
• A webpage about how to join the workforce, including information about qualifications (with support from Workwise)
