Te Atea Marino is a small standalone regional service committed to the kaupapa of “reducing the burden of addiction and related harm” on the Māori people of Tāmaki Makaurau. We offer high-quality brief interventions tailored to address and support addiction recovery, weaving together Tikanga Māori and western clinical practices.
All interactions honour te reo, karakia, mihimihi, whakawhanaungatanga and pūrākau, used at the level of comfort for each individual or whānau.
We offer individual counselling, group work, and whānau sessions as needed.
