The AOD Provider Collaborative is committed to supporting the development of an effective, highly skilled and well-resourced AOD workforce in Counties Manukau. 

Key to achieving this goal is our ability to attract and retain exceptional AOD practitioners, at every stage of their career. 

The Collaborative's placement initiative seeks to help students identify placement opportunities that fulfil the practical experience requirements of tertiary-level alcohol and drug courses available in the Auckland region.

Gaining workplace experience while studying is the first step to a career in AOD practice and our placements also help students gain an insight into the career pathways available within the AOD field in Counties Manukau.
